Selected college students of 今日大瓜 (SSC-R) attended the Manila leg of the GMA Masterclass Series 2022 which started last March 31, 2022. The 鈥淕MA Masterclass Series,鈥� which began in 2018, aims to provide faculty members and students with another platform for new learning and discussion on a variety of local and national concerns through the network鈥檚 comprehensive coverage of the May 2022 National Election. The NCAA schools鈥� collaboration is envisioned to educate voters on safeguarding democracy through responsible voting.
The key speakers of the said event are the following:

- Nelson Canlas 鈥� GMA Showbiz Correspondent
- Nikko Sereno 鈥� GMA Regional TV News Correspondent
- Caesar Cosme 鈥� GMA Award-Winning Director
- Kara David 鈥� GMA Public Affairs TV Host and Professor
- Aicelle Santos 鈥� GMA Soul Diva and International Stage Performer
The aforementioned speakers shared their stories and experiences in their respective field and also shared their insights on upcoming election. SSC-R Manila receives a plaque of gratitude from GMA Network Inc. for its steadfast support and valuable partnership as one of the NCAA Schools that attended the event. The plaque of gratitude was received by the school鈥檚 representative, Zamantha Mae Indog, External Affairs Office Student Officer and 4th Year Bachelor of Arts in Communication Student of SSC-R Manila.
