The SSC-R Human Resource and Development Center (HRDC) conducted the following activities to improve the skills and produce promising outcomes in the development of the employees鈥� skills and practices necessary for collaboration, professional growth, management, and leadership abilities:
1. The In-Service Training for Faculty of College, Senior High School , Junior High School and Grade School held at the Carceller Theater last June 20-22, 2017
2.聽Religious and Lay Administrators鈥� Gathering held at San Sebastian Convent on September 21, 2016 and July 5, 2017 which aim to start the school year with a feeling of oneness and camaraderie among religious and lay administrators; re- establish support for one another in the achievement of institutional goals; and strengthen commitment to one鈥檚 duties and responsibilities.
3.聽Institutional Pilgrimage at the Shrine of the Divine Mercy in Bulacan and Our Lady of Manaoag in Pangasinan last November 12, 2016.
